Refund Period

For AVCLabs Products with a Lifetime License, we provide a 30-day money-back guarantee starting from the moment of your purchase.

AVCLabs subscription-based products, including 1-month and 12-month subscriptions, come with a 5-day money-back guarantee, commencing from the time of payment.

Automatic Renewal is activated by default for your convenience. However, it is optional and can be turned off at any time. Upon completing your order, you will receive an email containing your license details, along with a cancellation link to disable the automatic renewal. Simply click the link to stop the subscription renewal. For more information, refer to the Subscription FAQs guide.

Accepted Circumstances

We provide refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If you mistakenly purchased the wrong product from AVCLabs and then acquire the correct product within the refund period, we will refund the price of the incorrect product if it is no longer needed.
  • In the event of accidental double payments for the same product or the purchase of two products with similar functions, we can refund the duplicated purchase or exchange one program for another AVCLabs product during the refund period.
  • Should you not receive the registration code within 12 hours and receive no response from our support team within 72 hours, we will issue a refund for your order if you no longer require the product.
  • If the software purchased encounters critical technical issues that remain unresolved within 30 days, AVCLabs will refund the purchase price if you prefer not to wait for a future upgrade.
  • If you disabled auto-renewal before the renewal date but your subscription is still automatically renewed, please reach out to us within 7 days of the auto-renewal and provide screenshots of the cancellation for a full refund.

Unaccepted Circumstances

We are unable to process refunds in the following circumstances.

  • Refund requests stemming from your own errors that are not related to the product. For instance, purchasing the wrong program, downloading an incorrect version, insufficient disk storage on your computer, change of mind after purchase, and similar reasons.
  • Refund requests due to misunderstandings or lack of comprehension regarding the product's features and capabilities as a result of not thoroughly reading the product description before making the purchase.
  • Refund requests based on differences in product prices across regions or sellers.
  • Refund requests for purchasing a so-called "wrong" product from our platform and subsequently buying the "right" product from other companies.
  • Refund requests linked to credit card fraud or unauthorized payments. Given that AVCLabs collaborates with third-party payment processors, we are unable to oversee authorization during transactions. In such cases, please contact your card issuer for resolution, although we remain available to assist where possible.
  • Refund requests arising from registration code delays of up to two hours after placing a successful order. While our system automatically sends a registration email upon receipt of payment, delays may occur due to internet issues, system failures, spam filters, typos in email addresses, etc. Feel free to reach out to our support team for assistance in retrieving the registration code.
  • Refund requests due to technical issues, with the customer unwilling to cooperate with the support team in troubleshooting by providing detailed descriptions and information regarding the problem, or declining to implement the solutions recommended by our support team.
  • Refund requests for orders that have surpassed the specified refund period.
  • Refund requests resulting from an invalid code due to user error in operation.
  • Refund requests made without a specific reason provided.

Submit a Refund Request

To proceed with the cancellation of your order, kindly send an email to support@avclabs.com containing the following details:

  • Product Name
  • Your Order ID/Reference Number/Transaction ID
  • The Email Address Used for the Purchase
  • Reason for Requesting a Refund

We will address your refund request within 24 hours on business days according to the terms.

After Refund

Your refund will be completed within 1 to 7 business days depending on the payment method used.

Upon issuance of the order refund, your license will be deactivated. Kindly uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.
